White tea at Tea Forest in generally produced by separating only the terminal buds with rich pubescence of tea shoots and drying them in natural sunlight. This allows the buds to retain their covering of velvety silver colour. Plucked with extreme delicacy the flavour is very subtle and mellow. The infusion of buds is light green in colour and on brewing gives a light clear liquor. It is essentially a breakfast tea.
